Experteer Overview In this role you lead the EMEA FAEs to execute the Demand Creation strategy, aiming to meet or exceed design-win and gross profit targets. You also serve as the EMEA FAE for assigned technologies, providing hands‐on technical support. You will align engineering resources with strategic opportunities, build strong supplier relationships, and develop a high‐performing, up‐to‐date team across Europe. This position combines leadership, technical excellence, and cross‐functional collaboration to drive business impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate deployment of technical resources within the area of responsibility and guide team members Monitor and evaluate technical activities and programs with Director Technical Marketing Assess technical requirements of strategic opportunities and allocate engineering resources Define and implement tools/infrastructure to support technical programs (equipment, hardware, software) Identify and drive training initiatives to maintain competitive capabilities (cross‐training, supplier training, technology training,



certifications) Develop and maintain supplier relationships ensuring technical alignment and communication Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and educational programs to internal teams and customers Lead and manage the FAE team including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, vacation planning, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, offboarding Support and develop direct reports through coaching, training, and performance management to build a strong talent pipeline Ensure up‐to‐date knowledge of technologies, market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations Act as EMEA FAE for assigned technologies, providing hands‐on technical expertise and customer support Responsabilità 5+ years of application engineering experience in electronics Ideally 3+ years of people management experience Fluent in English (written and spoken) University degree
