- Lead and support Full Stack Development and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring quality, scalability, and user experience of e‐health solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for the Intermedix and the KONA/Atlas portfolio, driving the technical roadmap together with the local product organization.
- Guide a cross‐functional team, raising the technical bar and aligning architecture, quality, and delivery practices with group‐wide standards.
- Drive AI‐native product evolution – design agents, skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.




- Act as a bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organization, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Coach and mentor engineers, building a strong, proactive engineering culture.

Qualifications
- Several years of senior‐level engineering experience in modern Web/SaaS applications with proven technical leadership.
- Solid command of modern Web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.
- Experience effectively using AI in software engineering; hands‐on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering a strong plus.
- Strong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare‐purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.
- Fluent English; preferably based in Italy. German appreciated.
