To see the current collection: Responsibilities Lead and grow the business with a strong understanding of performance drivers and commercial priorities. Monitor, analyse and optimise key performance indicators to ensure consistent results. Design and implement action plans to boost sales and overall business performance. Build long‐term customer loyalty by delivering an excellent experience and developing strong client relationships. Ensure the correct execution of internal processes related to stock management, cash handling, logistics and operational reporting in line with head office guidelines. Oversee day‐to‐day store operations,



guaranteeing efficiency and compliance at all levels. People Management & Development Lead, motivate and develop the team through ongoing coaching and support. Provide regular feedback and guidance to help the team achieve and exceed monthly objectives. Create a positive and collaborative work environment based on trust, respect and open communication.
