What you do
- Harmonize the usage of the Jira Master Platform (JMP) across all Allianz Trade projects by configuring and administering Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields in alignment with Allianz Trade’s standards.
- Design and implement Jira automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide 1st line user support for EazyBI and Jira, including ad hoc metric/dashboard creation and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to Allianz Trade’s guidelines.
- Manage and optimize EazyBI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance, while supporting stakeholders with customization needs.
- Collaborate with and challenge Indian AZ JMP administrators for project setup, maintenance, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with Allianz Trade’s requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and improve metrics and custom reports in EazyBI, ensuring that common metrics are maintained and approved under the oversight of the ACE team.
- Track and report on project progress, agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time), and other KPIs.




- Document EazyBI dashboard configurations and metrics processes, ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible for users.
- Evaluate and enhance existing metrics and Jira configurations, proposing and implementing improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
- Create, update and maintain related metric process descriptions and slide decks.
- Present and train relevant teams on the usage of the metrics and linked processes. If needed, create relevant training material.
- Proactively communicate changes made to the settings in the Jira Master Platform (JMP) to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Assess, prepare and move reports from EazyBI to MicroStrategy as relevant.
