As part of a global transformation of our Health & Safety (H&S;) approach, we are seeking a Senior Regional Health & Safety Manager to drive measurable improvements in safety performance, leadership capability, and organisational culture across Europe.This role firstly requires strong technical H&S; knowledge and the ability to engage with front-line workers. Secondly, you feel equally comfortable discussing health and safety with business leaders in a simple way and you are able to influence senior stakeholders (VP/CEO level), translate risk into business decisions, and deliver tangible results.You will play a key role in shaping and embedding our Global H&S; Management System, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, while ensuring strong execution at site level.These roles will evolve significantly over time. You will be physically located in one of our regional companies either in Induno-Italy or Luserna, San Giovanni-Italy.
This role requires strong technical and behavioural safety capability, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation. It involves working in a virtual global environment with regular travel for design workshops and regional site visits.Reporting LineReports administratively to the location Vice President of OperationsReceives functional direction from the Group Health & Safety ManagerKey Responsibilities1. Programme Design & Transformation (Year 1 focus)Lead the implementation of the Group's Health & Safety Management System across the region. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures, while identifying gaps and best practices. Drive the delivery of the regional H&S; roadmap, and ensure measurable improvements in safety performance, culture, and risk reduction through data-driven performance management and continuous improvement.2.
