This is not a corporate role. One day you may be reviewing store performance. The next you may be coordinating a recruitment process, opening a new store, improving an operational process or solving an urgent issue. You must be flexible, proactive and obsessed with execution.



Responsibilities Oversee the performance and organization of all stores Coordinate with Area Managers and store teams Manage the relationship with the labour consultant Support recruitment and people management Improve processes and operational efficiency Ensure projects and initiatives are executed successfully Identify problems and solve them quickly Help build the systems and structure needed for Gondolina's growth Who We Are Looking For Highly organized and execution focused Comfortable in fast changing environments Strong leadership and communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Passionate about growth and continuous improvement Fluent in Italian and English Most importantly: Why Join Gondolina You will have a direct impact on the growth of one of the most ambitious luxury brands emerging from Venice.
