We are looking for a Project & RFQ Support Engineer to join our team based in Castel Maggiore.

MISSION

Main focus: technical pre-sales activities and RFQs management. The role involves supporting customer requirement analysis, internal coordination, and preparing RFQs, collaborating with cross-functional teams. In parallel, the employee will support the team in Project Management activities, following a progressive development path toward the role.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

RFQ Management and Technical Quotations
- Analyze customer requests (RFQs)



and technical documentation.
- Collect and clarify technical requirements with customers (with support).
- Coordinate with internal departments (R&D;, Purchasing, Production) to define technical solutions.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers.
- Ensure technical alignment with customer specifications.
- Manage and update quotation documentation.

Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Support the Sales team in the technical evaluation of opportunities.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to identify components and solutions.

Project Management Support
- Assist in planning and monitoring project activities.
- Update documentation and project plans.
- Collect progress updates and support reporting activities.
- Participate in project meetings and operational coordination.
