OUTLET ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – FULL TIME
Location: Franciacorta Designer Village, Italy
Reports to: Store Manager
Start date: 1 giugno 2026
Position Overview
Assistant Manager for the Columbia Retail Team in the Franciacorta Outlet Village. Responsible for contributing to store profitability, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, and supporting the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance the consumer experience.
- Contribute to maximizing store sales and monitor sales progress against key targets.
- Assist in leading and developing the store team.
- Manage staff hiring, training and performance evaluation in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Form, motivate and inspire team members to optimize performance.
- Discuss team progress with the Store Manager.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and comply with company guidelines.
- Maintain a positive work environment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and propose improvements.




- Assume store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Diploma high school or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of retail or sales experience with managerial duties.
- Excellent command of the Italian language.
- Professional level English proficiency.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop staff through personalized growth plans.
- Excellent problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Compensation
Proposed salary range: €25,340 – €32,200 (tempo pieno). Additionally, 3 meal vouchers valued at €7 each.
