Funambol is the leading personal cloud solution used by mobile operators, device manufacturers, serviceproviders and software companies around the world.
We are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our team in Pavia.

As a Junior UX Designer, you will own the design dimension of our product from early-stage analysis to polished interfaces, working closely with developers and the Product Owner.
UX Design: Ideate and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas. Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy that make our product intuitive and delightful to use.
User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct research and tests, analyze user feedback, and translate findings into concrete design and product choices.



Use data from Firebase and Google Analytics to validate design decisions.
Product Collaboration & Analysis: Work with the Product Owner and engineering team to ensure designs are understood and faithfully implemented. We value T-shaped people: deep in design, broad enough to contribute across the product lifecycle.
Our two-week sprints involve defining product requirements through design sprints, closely following the development cycle across multiple platforms.
We embrace an empirical approach to product definitions, we iterate over problems, experiment with A/B testing, prototyping, spikes, and measure the impact on end-users. Our continuous improvement cycle includes gathering real-world feedback through data analysis (Firebase and Google Analytics), resulting in iterative store releases.
