DUTIES
The figure will operate within the Business Unit TECHNOLOGY (BU TECH) and will report to the Technical Manager.
The role consists in participating in the product development activities within the BU TECH with direct responsibility for the management of the Engineering activities.
The resource will cover the senior role of the projects assigned by the BU Technical Manager, ensuring their quality and compliance with the expected times and costs. He/She will interface with customers under Technical Manager supervision, guiding them towards the production of products with a strategic overview.
Assignments:
- Size and create mechanical -mechatronic and structural components;
- Manage complex assemblies and kinematics;
- Select materials suitable for the project in progress;
- Carry out 3D Cad drawings in solids and surfaces and layouts with dimensional tolerances;
- Autonomously propose design changes and improvements, linked to the production process;
- Respect the project Gantt;
- Define, plan and manage assembly tests and product tests;




- Prepare and keep updated the project documentation;

Necessary requirements and experience:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Design & Engineering;
- Experience gained in the position from 3 to 5 years(preferably in the industrialization, R&D; technical office);

Requisiti
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of PTC Creo and Solidworks software;
- Mechatronic experience is preferable;
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing and planning;
- Product testing and validation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the various manufacturing technologies for components/mechanical parts (machining, stampings, castings, …);
- Good knowledge of materials;
- Proactivity and dynamism
- Problem solving
- Ability to work in team

Willing to travel in Italy and abroad to meet clients and suppliers
Fluent English Knowledge is mandatory
