Location: Macerata Feltria, Marche, Italy.
Responsible for the comprehensive care of patients at the Macerata Feltria center, focusing on intensive rehabilitation and support for patients with severe disabilities.
Responsible for overall patient intake, both internist and rehabilitative aspects.
Conducts patient visits, collects anamnesis, compiles medical documentation, establishes diagnosis and therapy.
Provides high‑quality assistance to patients and families, ensuring confidentiality of information.
Participates in drafting the Patient Assistance Plan (PAI) and in clinical analysis of the patient’s psycho‑physical well‑being.
Collaborates with general practitioners (MMG) caring for the patients.
Defines interventions to achieve set objectives, focusing on specific patient problems.
Schedules periodic evaluation of results and checks target achievement.
Continuously observes safety standards, taking precautions to prevent infections and contamination.
Supervises adherence to guidelines and company procedures.
Provides professional counseling and training to nursing and assistance staff.
Demonstrates deep knowledge in medical and health fields.
Manages diagnostic and treatment processes effectively.
Interprets reports, exam results, and test outcomes accurately.
Prescribes and administers appropriate care in line with diagnoses.
Applies first‑aid, prevention, and protection knowledge.
Applies health protocols and company procedures.
Uses Microsoft Office proficiently for communication and professional activity management.
Candidate requirements:
Registered in the Medical Professional Register.
Current professional liability insurance.
Compliance with Continuing Medical Education (ECM).
Possession of a valid VAT number.
Preferred previous experience in the role.
