In this role, you will support product development through advanced virtual analysis, contributing to the technical definition, validation and continuous improvement of propulsion systems. You will operate in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure robust system design, effective risk management and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system architectures and concepts to meet functional requirements
- Deliver technical assessments at key project milestones
- Lead issue resolution and lessons learned activities, ensuring updates to engineering standards
- Manage risks and support mitigation actions throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engine, transmission, controls and vehicle integration teams




- Interface with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment on technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to engineering leadership and management

Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Applied Physics or related field)
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong command of English and Italian, both written and spoken (at least B2)
- Solid technical and analytical background in the automotive field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to work effectively in complex and dynamic environments
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong teamwork orientation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
