Role Overview You will play a key role in embedding compliant, consistent, and business‐relevant people practices within the Italian context. This role requires a strong generalist HR profile with solid knowledge of Italian labour law and HR processes. What You Will Do Provide HR advice to employees and managers in Italy, support employee engagement, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of local HR policies and practices.
