Clear visibility on project status and risks across stakeholders. Strong alignment between Italian market needs and EU/global strategy. Act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations. Responsibilities Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams to align on business needs, objectives, and strategic priorities. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across regions/functions. Lead and integrate change management efforts into business transformation initiatives,



driving stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and adoption to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational improvements. Facilitate and lead workshops to capture and prioritize requirements through Agile Methodology, engaging cross‐functional business stakeholders. Analyse and optimise complex business processes, performing in‐depth process mapping and gap analysis to design robust TO‐BE processes that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including detailed specifications, executive reports, presentations, and user manuals. Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of rigorous testing strategies to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations.
