Job Description Overview Reporting to the Marketing Lead Italy and Greece, the Product Manager is responsible for developing and effectively executing the local market plan for the assigned product(s) within the country. The role contributes to local marketing planning and ensures strong alignment between the regional brand strategy and country-level implementation, driving impactful execution and consistency across markets. Portfolio prioritization Launch readiness in the country through plans, tools, required training,
and relevant information needed for launch success Ensuring alignment between Italy and IMCO with regard to brand strategies, and ensuring the diffusion of the marketing plan from IMCO to Italy Working with all functions (Medical Affairs, Price & Trade Channel, and Business Excellence, etc.) to ensure deployment of marketing plans Oversee AMI plans and activities and ensure alignment with strategic plans. Assess and augment AMI capabilities in country to ensure appropriate dissemination of medical education Local Strategy and Local Project Management - 40% Work with the Marketing Lead on the strategic plan and develop the local marketing strategy, core campaign, and tactics to be implemented in the annual marketing plan.
