We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Paperboard Commodity and Food Packaging Board commercial activities across Italy .
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within the printing, converting, and packaging merchant sectors .

Develop and execute the sales strategy for Paperboard FBB and food packaging grades within Italy
Build and maintain strong relationships with carton converters, merchants/distributors and brand owners.
FMCG, food service packaging)
Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership

✅ Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, packaging board,



or other adjacent industries.
Preference for an established network of customers in Italy , especially within converting, and food packaging
Strong understanding of EU food-contact packaging regulations
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across Italy
Fluency in Italian and English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferred
