Lincotek, headquartered in Rubbiano, Parma, Italy, is a global contract manufacturer for services in markets including Industrial Gas Turbines, Aerospace and Medical Device applications, as well as a leading manufacturer of industrial coating equipment and one of the most respected producers in the Additive Manufacturing field. Reporting to the Product Quality Manager, this role contributes to quality control throughout the production process, supporting the analysis of non-conformities, issuing and managing supplier deviation requests to customers, handling customer complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions, with a focus on technical documentation, acceptability criteria, and continuous improvement.
Issues and manages supplier deviation requests in compliance with specific requirements, ensuring proper internal recording and traceability (ERP updates and data server archiving).
Participates in regular customer meetings, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for quality performance improvement.
Manages customer source inspections,



ensuring adequate quality support.
Contributes to the analysis of quality performance (e.g. scrap, rework, customer complaints), providing data and reports to support the Product Quality Manager.
Supports the verification of the correct application of acceptability criteria and quality procedures throughout the entire production process.
Manages quality support activities related to the monitoring and resolution of production orders with open issues.
Manages and keeps quality documentation up to date, including work instructions.
Technical or scientific high school diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in any technical or/and engineering fields.
At least 2 years of experience in product or process quality within industrial environments.
Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Familiarity with ERP/MES and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for managing non-conformities, traceability, and production data.
