We also offer banking and payment solutions for domestic and international demand. Position The candidate will be part of the International Projects team in the Products & Services Department. This team focuses on managing Fineco's existing product offerings as well as developing new solutions for our international customer base. As a Junior Project Manager you will support strategic initiatives across the Products & Services Department, collaborate with multiple business functions and work closely with dedicated project teams.



This role gives you exposure to our diverse product suite and provides insight into the fintech/brokerage industry across different geographies. What You'll Do * Support end‐to‐end projects related to the development, enhancement, and localisation of products and services for the EU market. * Contribute to research and analysis activities, providing insights on customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements—especially within the German market. * Assist in product discovery activities, working with UX/UI, IT and business teams to translate feedback and data into concrete improvement opportunities. * Help track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on time and documented properly. * Analyze user journeys and product performance, helping identify issues and opportunities for optimisation. * Prepare clear documentation, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and periodic updates.
