Experteer Overview In this role, you join Marvell's ODSP validation team to validate hardware platforms for data center, enterprise, optics and AI applications. You will collaborate with analog, software, firmware and PCB teams to develop platforms, write drivers, and perform full hardware validation. You'll lead lab bring‐up, debug silicon IPs and measurement campaigns, and support customers with design reviews and performance tuning. This is a hands‐on role in a fast‐moving, cross‐functional environment with a clear impact on product readiness and customer satisfaction. You will operate at the intersection of hardware, software and test to enable scalable, reliable data infrastructure solutions. * Provide technical support to top‐tier customers and optimize designs for system requirements * Develop and execute bench‐level validation plans and automate tests with Python, VBA, MATLAB * Generate test reports and write application notes * Offer technical collateral and serve as primary technical interface with customers * Qualify design activity at customer engineering level and contribute to new product definitions Responsabilità * Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science with five years of related experience (foreign equivalent acceptable) * Master's or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferable * Strong fundamentals in communication, transmission lines, EM, and microwave theories * Experience with test scripting (Python, VBA, MATLAB) * Proficiency with test equipment (Oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA, Logic Analyzers) * Experience with bench analysis tools (BERT, AWG) is a plus * Experience with 5G/10G/25G NRZ and 53G PAM‐4 tests and PCIe Gen4/5 complianc
