Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and execute the category strategy in a technical, international industrial setting. You collaborate with Procurement, R&D;, Engineering and Operations to secure a competitive, innovative and reliable supplier base. You drive negotiations, supplier selection and performance management, while promoting procurement digitalization and process improvements. You'll contribute to cost competitiveness, quality and innovation in the sourcing plan and support cross‐functional projects with impact across the business. Retribuzione / Benefits Implement category strategy with cross‐functional teams and align with business needs Manage catalogs and framework agreements at divisional/regional levels ensuring compliance Lead complex negotiations, manage RFQs, decide awards and oversee supplier follow‐up Select and develop suppliers, scout new market opportunities and strengthen the supplier base Address supplier issues (quality, delivery, service)
and drive continuous improvement Support scouting of new technologies and materials with Technical Offices, R&D; and Production Monitor supplier performance and report results to drive improvements Promote digitalization, automation and improvement of procurement tools and processes Ensure cost competitiveness, availability, innovation and quality in sourcing plan Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies and statutory requirements Deliver on KPIs agreed with line manager Responsabilità Bachelor's degree (technical or economic fields preferred) 5+ years of procurement experience Strong background in international contract management Experience in complex, multinational organizations Proven market analysis and supplier scouting capabilities Fluent English Strong networking and relationship‐building skills Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and strategic mindset High ownership and accountability Expertise in large and complex negotiations Availability for short business t
