Experteer Overview In this role you establish and manage cost and schedule baselines, monitor performance, and integrate risk, opportunities, and change. You lead governance, drive value for clients, and coordinate with a remote cost management team and vendors. You act as the client's point of contact on delivery and commercial issues, delivering clear reports on time, cost, and quality. You join a global firm delivering high-impact, complex construction programs with a focus on value, control, and change management. Retribuzione / Benefits Establish baselines for cost and schedule and monitor performance against them Identify deviations using lead/lag indicators and drive remedial actions Lead evaluation of time, cost, and quality targets with governance controls Coordinate with a remote team of cost managers to ensure value for money Guide contractors to align with schedule and cash flow parameters Prepare executive-level reports focusing on time,



cost and quality Apply change management processes and track changes Coordinate master project/programme scheduling with clients and vendors Involve project team in risk evaluations and use Monte Carlo for quantitative cost/schedule impacts Ensure timely and accurate master schedule updates and adherence to process and quality expectations Responsabilità Experience in project controls coordination across project lifecycles for very large, complex construction projects Ability to determine corrective actions from data and diverse sources Advanced MS Office and Primavera P6 skills Strong client service orientation and autonomous working style Reliable team player with strong time management and deadline adherence Strong verbal and written English and Italian Willingness for flexible mobility and site/off-site work when required Requisiti fondamentali equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
