Director, Business Development, Dermatology & Rheumatology, CRO (Italy) This is a strategic commercial leadership opportunity for an experienced business development professional within the clinical research industry. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding client partnerships, and strengthening market presence across Europe and the Middle East. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy, identify new business opportunities, and promote specialized clinical research services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. This position offers significant visibility within the industry, including participation in scientific conferences and key stakeholder engagements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in influencing growth initiatives, enhancing service offerings, and building long‐term client relationships in a dynamic and highly specialized environment. Accountabilities Lead business development activities across assigned territories,



driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales objectives. Develop and execute territory sales plans, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and monitor business performance against targets. Build and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations, serving as a trusted commercial partner. Present the organization's value proposition, capabilities, and service portfolio to prospective clients, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders. Coordinate and participate in client meetings, capability presentations, bid defense meetings, and contract negotiations. Review project proposals and budgets, providing commercial input to support competitive and profitable opportunities.
