Overview In this role within Lonza's Security Operations Center, you protect sensitive data and systems by implementing and monitoring security controls. You assess vulnerabilities, make security recommendations, and implement changes to strengthen defenses. You will investigate incidents, monitor networks for threats, and drive next‐generation security technologies. You join a global, 24×7 team focused on timely incident response and continuous security improvement, aligned with Lonza's ethical, people‐centric mission. Responsibilities Handle security incidents in a timely, prioritized manner Maintain and configure SOC systems and tooling Identify and document information security risks; propose mitigations Investigate and respond to security incidents Monitor networks and systems for potential threats Research, design,



and develop new information security controls Evaluate and deploy next‐generation security technologies Manage solution development and deployment following best practices Participate in 24x7 follow-the-sun operations Stay up to date with technological developments Qualifications Extensive experience in Cyber Security, Security Incident Response Hands‐on technical experience in at least one IT domain Strong technical capabilities across IT landscape and cloud computing Ability to create meaningful reports and manage stakeholders Collaboration with internal teams and service providers Hands‐on experience with security technologies (antivirus/EDR, IDP/IPS, firewalls, content filtering) #J-18808-Ljbffr
