Lead the Maintenance & Reliability stream of a major refinery Digital Twin program.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead and coordinate all maintenance & reliability engineering activities, ensuring consistency between the engineering studies (Criticality, FMECA, RCM, RAM, inspection) and the configuration of the EAM/APM platforms, acting as the single technical interface to the Project Manager and the Digital Twin Coordinator.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Plan the team's work and jointly prioritize the critical systems with the Customer
• Own the technical consistency between engineering studies and EAM/APM configuration
• Ensure deliverable quality and integrate study outputs into the EAM/APM environment (Octave Attune)
• Keep maintenance & reliability data aligned with the Digital Twin
• Be the single technical point of contact for the maintenance & reliability scope
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent)




• 10+ years in asset-management programs in refinery / oil & gas / process industry
• Experience leading reliability & maintenance teams and interfacing with the client
• Standards: ISO 14224, SAE JA1011/JA1012, API 510/570/653/580/581, PED 2014/68/EU
• Tools: Hexagon EAM/APM (Octave Attune), CMMS/SAP PM, Octave Tempo (j5)
NICE TO HAVE
• CMRP / CRE (ASQ) or equivalent certifications
• Experience with the Hexagon / Octave ecosystem (Attune, Tempo, InConcert)
• Knowledge of the Italian regulatory framework (INAIL, D.M. 329/2004)
LOCATION
Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
