Experteer Overview In this role you will lead modular construction projects across Ontario, ensuring safety, cost control, and on-time delivery. You'll coordinate internal teams and external partners, maintain quality, and manage project documentation from bid to handover. You'll work closely with customers to meet expectations while upholding BOXX Modular standards. This is an opportunity to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate safety efforts for major projects and ensure compliance with BOXX safety standards Report incidents promptly to leadership and ensure policy adherence Lead risk and incident reviews as applicable Negotiate and procure materials, services, and subcontracts for projects Facilitate timely and profitable completion by coordinating with customers and vendors Review project documents, perform site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare cost estimates Coordinate vendor sourcing (factory, setup contractors, transportation) Manage budget and financial reporting,



and ensure adherence to contract terms Maintain comprehensive project documentation and submit as needed to mitigate risk Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure proper sequencing of activities Attend regular meetings with stakeholders and clients Prepare change order requests and perform estimating for changes Support proposals and presentations with the sales team Travel as required to support projects across Ontario and beyond Perform other duties as assigned Responsabilità 5+ years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Modular Industry 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role Fluent in English (spoken and written) Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal/external stakeholders Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alco
