Experteer Overview As HR leader for Italy, you partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable performance and growth. You'll oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance and strong employee relations during a transformation period. You will coach leaders on org design, change management, and engagement, shaping a positive culture aligned with the Credo. This role offers visible impact on business outcomes and employee experience, with collaboration across regional and global HR teams.
