Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technical guidance to the first-line team and customers, translating complex issues into actionable solutions. You will liaise with product management and subsidiaries to clarify technical questions, support pre- and post-sales activities, and deliver hands-on training. The role sits at the intersection of engineering know-how and customer consulting, helping customers integrate Pepperl+Fuchs products into diverse systems. You will work in a collaborative, international environment that values practical impact and knowledge transfer.



Retribuzione / Benefits * Provide product support to the first-level team across all technical matters * Clarify technical issues for quotes and specification needs * Consult on product usage and integration with customer systems * Assist in troubleshooting applications/products, including on-site support when needed * Conduct product training for Pepperl+Fuchs employees and customers * Serve as internal technical contact for product management and subsidiaries * Provide pre- and after-sales support Responsabilità * Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field * Fluent in written and spoken English * Strong communication skills and teamwork * Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
