What will you do? * Overseeing the entire testing strategies, process, from planning to execution. This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing; * Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration; * Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result; * Design, implement and optimize chosen solutions; * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment; * Review code and mentor (junior) engineers; * Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes; * Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality.

What do you bring? * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar; * At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C++ in the high-tech domain; * Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems; * Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework; * You are a team player, solution-oriented, and proactive; * Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills; * A good command of English, and preferably Dutch la
