We serve all the world's major automotive manufacturers as a system supplier and development partner. Adler Evo srl, for the Santhià Plant, located in Santhià (VC), is looking for an IT Technician. Objectives of the position The IT Technician's role encompasses the daily technical support and management of IT resources, focusing on end-user satisfaction, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This position is pivotal in maintaining the organization's IT environment. Provide technical assistance and prompt troubleshooting to end-users for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their work. Maintain, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other hardware equipment as needed. Software Support: Install, configure,



and update software applications, ensuring proper functionality. Network Assistance: Assist in network configuration and maintenance, resolving connectivity issues. Cybersecurity Measures: Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures, including access controls and antivirus software. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, configurations, and support requests. Ticketing System Management: Use the IT ticketing system to efficiently track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues. Requirements Proficiency in desktop and server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations. Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and updates. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
