Experteer Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you install, qualify, and maintain Cytiva equipment at customer sites, ensuring peak performance and reliable operation. You will work with the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions team to support service contracts and identify opportunities that impact revenue and customer outcomes. The role is remote‐based in Italy (Lazio/Rome) with substantial travel, collaborating with clients and cross‐functional teams to drive service excellence. You help enable life‐changing therapies through hands‐on technical work and customer‐facing leadership. Retribuzione / Benefits * Install and qualify equipment at customer sites * Perform preventative maintenance, calibration,



and repairs * Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime * Promote and support service contracts and revenue programs * Plan and execute service activities and manage customer work orders * Manage own stock and parts for on‐site activities * Represent the company to clients and coordinate with cross‐functional teams * Support sales opportunities related to service offerings Responsabilità * Education in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or Automation (or equivalent field) * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Strong mechanical and electrical skills with troubleshooting experience * English language proficiency * Ability to travel ~70% including overnight stays * Experience with field service or similar settings * Desirable: Biopharma/biotechnologies exposure * Desirable: PC/server networks and databases capability Requisiti fondamentali * Remote work arrangement * Flexible work arrangements for eligible roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
