Experteer Overview In this role you will lead regional MEP sourcing for Italy, shaping a resilient supplier base and delivering competitive outcomes for project execution. You will collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement and project management to align with global category strategies. You will establish MFAs, manage SRM and optimize sourcing models while ensuring compliance and risk management. Your work supports delivery excellence and cross‐functional decision making in a dynamic EPC environment. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence cost, lead times, and supplier performance at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits * Develop and execute regional MEP sourcing strategies (HVAC, piping, electrical, instrumentation, installation services) aligned with global category management * Establish and negotiate Master Framework Agreements with key suppliers and subcontractors * Build and manage a high‐performing regional supplier base including OEMs and installation partners * Drive sourcing initiatives to improve TCO, lead times,
and project execution reliability * Lead Supplier Relationship Management, including performance reviews and risk escalation * Support project teams with preferred supplier lists, cost inputs, and sourcing strategies during proposals and execution * Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing models (direct procurement vs subcontracting) * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements * Provide regional market intelligence and contribute to global category strategies * Collaborate cross‐functionally with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Management teams Responsabilità * 7-10+ years in strategic sourcing / procurement within MEP, EPC, life sciences, semiconductor, data centers or similar * Track record in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, delivering measurable value * Solid understanding of MEP equipment, installation methods, and constructi
