Responsibilities This role is dedicated to stiffness simulation. * Independent creation and modification of simulation models using ANSA, LS‐DYNA, ABAQUS, Animator, and custom software tools * Performing and validating calculations related to stiffness, strength, misuse loads, and durability * Documentation and presentation of results, and coordination with development partners (customers, project management) * Development and implementation of optimisation proposals * Support of assemblies throughout the entire development process from concept to series production * Team‐oriented collaboration with colleagues and other departments (design, testing, etc.)



Qualifications * Completed technical or scientific degree in automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field * Ideally experience with FEM systems (e.g., LS‐DYNA/ABAQUS, ANSA, Animator) * Programming skills (e.g., TCL, Python, Bash) are an advantage * Independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, reliability, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness * High level of commitment, communication skills, and a service‐oriented mindset * Ideally experience in the automotive industry and complete vehicle development * Business fluent English skills At Bertrandt, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunity.
