Overview For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development and Bid Assistant to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad. Responsibilities * Explore new initiatives, tenders, calls, etc. * Identify potential new clients * Produce pitch presentations * Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/ tenders * Liaise with communication department, with project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities * Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database Education * ‒BSc. or MSc. degree in or Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent)



Experience * ‒1 to 3 years work experience in the industry Skills * ‒Good knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus * ‒Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team About us MIC-HUB is an international team of planners, engineers, designers and consultants, working across every aspect of mobility and transportation.
