Experteer Overview In this role you lead Prysmian's corporate communications channels and content, acting as a central hub between content production and channel strategy. You own the channel plan across the organization, collaborating with business units, markets, and marketing to drive commercially aligned strategies. You coordinate content, media, and channel activities, elevate press office reach, and prepare Prysmian for AI-enabled search and media capabilities. You also develop AI tools to streamline communications, manage media budgets, and report KPIs to leaders worldwide, while championing global style guidelines and employee engagement on social channels. and channel activities with project ownership for channel upgrades * Support expansion of press office reach beyond traditional outlets * Prepare Prysmian for AI-driven search and media functionalities * Support development of AI tools to streamline communication flows with IT & HR * Allocate budget across media channels and monitor expenditure * Report communication activities with KPI-driven performance at global and local levels * Roll out global style guidelines across functions * Revive and accelerate social media activity to engage employees and stakeholders * Assist in production of press releases and maintain an archiving system for materials Responsabilità * Extensive experience managing channels for a publicly listed company * Creativity in reaching new audiences and proposing innovative content ideas * Experience bringing competencies in-house * Fluency in English and Italian; mature international experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
