General Accountant

In this role you will manage the full general accounting cycle, collaborating with a structured team at the Rome EUR office. You will ensure accurate financial entries, closing activities, and reconciliations, while supporting compliance with OIC/IFRS and internal controls. You will contribute to process improvements through digitalization and tool adoption, providing timely analyses for management decisions. This position offers growth within a cross‐functional finance team and a flexible, hybrid work setup. Benefits * Independently manage the full general accounting cycle including AR, AP, journal entries, and accruals * Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with timeliness and accuracy * Prepare and monitor reconciliations for receivables, payables, fixed assets, accruals/deferrals, and intercompany * Collaborate with the controlling team and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards (OIC/IFRS)



* Contribute to process evolution through workflow optimization and digitalization initiatives * Produce timely analyses and reports to support management decisions Responsabilità * 3+ years of experience in general accounting * Independent management of monthly and annual closings * Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and good understanding of IFRS * Experience with account reconciliations and adjusting entries * Advanced MS Excel * Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Zucchetti, or similar) * Ability to liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders * Good command of English Requisiti fondamentali * Remote work up to 2 days/week * Permanent contract * Tailored training paths * Compensation aligned to seniority and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
