Collaboration with the external consultant for the management and monitoring of payroll processes Administrative management of new hires of employees and interns in Italy and abroad Main contact person for employees' and managers' questions Drafting and implementation of personnel policies Attendance monitoring and management of various periodic HR deadlines Optimization of internal administrative processes and collaboration with external partners Your Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in economics or law sciences or high school diploma Several years of professional experience in personnel administration or in a payroll office Knowledge and experience of labour law Structured working method with a high level of discretion Good knowledge of German, Italian and English OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young,
