Experteer Overview In this role you enable customers with high-quality technical service while shaping Synthomer's added value in the market. You analyse market needs to offer the most suitable products and solutions, driving profitable growth for the H&P; division. You define regional product strategies aligned with global growth plans, manage pricing and profitability, and lead cross-functional collaboration to support new product introductions and applications. Retribuzione / Benefits * Translate customer requirements into new product specifications and evaluate performance through trials * Recommend products and support positioning by demonstrating value in applications * Register and maintain customer data and projects in the CRM database * Contribute to product design, application ideas,
