Freelance AV Technician
Converso is a system integrator that designs and delivers technical and digital solutions for multilingual and digital events: from audio/video management to real-time content distribution, including remote interpreting services, AI translation, and live accessibility. If you are a freelance technician with audio/video and networking skills, you can apply to join our collaborator network. You will be contacted and involved in events based on operational needs and your availability.
Setup and configuration of audio/video systems and IP networks at event venues
Live operational support during multilingual events
Testing and validation of audio/video streams and streaming services
Collaboration with development teams to optimise technical workflows
Basic competence in IT, audio/video, and networking technologies
Strong interest in digital technologies and integrated solutions (live & cloud)
Curiosity about AI platforms applied to events and interpreting
Availability to work both at the hub and at external event venues




You don't need to be an expert in every protocol or tool (e.g. Inclusion in our freelance collaborator network
Involvement in real projects with high technical complexity
Internal training on audio/video technologies, IP, and digital services
Flexibility in managing commitments and availability
Work on international events with cutting-edge technologies
