Experteer Overview In this role you will monitor and control hotel operating costs to safeguard profitability and support strategic decisions. You will partner with departments to drive efficiency while ensuring accurate financial data and reporting. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management within a luxury Portofino property cluster. This is an opportunity to influence cost discipline in a renowned hospitality group and shape financial performance at Belmond Portofino. Retribuzione / Benefits * Cost monitoring and control across F&B;, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments with proper cost center allocation * Prepare monthly cost reports and identify inefficiencies while proposing optimization measures * Support annual budgeting and provide historical data and cost analysis for realistic budgets * Forecast monthly costs based on performance and sales projections * Oversee inventory management for F&B; and other materials,



ensuring accurate valuation and preventing losses * Ensure compliance with internal policies and coordinate with auditors during reviews and implement corrective actions Responsabilità * Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial management software * Analytical and problem‐solving skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Problem solving and organization abilities * Integrity and high ethical standards Requisiti fondamentali * Annual labour contract according to CCNL Settore Turismo - Level 3 * Start date: June 2026 * Monthly gross salary with increases; separate payslip for 13, 14 and TFR * Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals * Accommodation in staff house including breakfast * Staff canteen #J-18808-Ljbffr
