AFLALO is seeking an experienced Industrialization Manager to oversee the technical development of our RTW collection from design handover to sealed bulk. This role will require close collaboration with factories and the New York team. Candidates should have 8–15 years of experience in luxury RTW brand industrialization, fluency in Italian and English, and knowledge of Italian factories.
