Our engineering culture focuses on ownership and autonomy. Engineers write product specs, make product and design decisions, and work with minimal process. There are no daily stand‑ups, t‑shirt sizing, or planning meetings. Instead, engineers are empowered to research competitors, create wireframes, write specs, and ship features end‑to‑end.
As a Product Engineer, you’ll own a large portion of a product from research to delivery. You’ll research competitors, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement features end‑to‑end. Example projects include:
Designed and built automated interview scheduling that presents available times to candidates and solves the “Calendar Tetris” problem.
Built a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters and compiles them to SQL.
Specced, designed, and implemented a feature that allows users to complete signing offers entirely within the platform, integrating with other features.
We create technology that enables talent‑acquisition teams to schedule candidates faster,



track interviewer quality, and reduce manual effort. We aim to automate or simplify tasks that current TA software does not address.
Comfortable tackling any part of the technology stack, from frontend to infrastructure.
Experience with ambiguous projects that require product and technical creativity.
