About the Role We are looking for a Junior Engineering Recruiter to join our Milan team and kick‐start their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people‐oriented,

Location: Milan, Italy (Full‐time, in‐office) Contract Type: Permanent Employment What You'll Do * Support end‐to‐end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering. * Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks. * Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation. * Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects. * Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements. * Ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience throughout the process. * Keep our AT
