The Role In this role you will support the scalability qualification of Care and Styling making and filling operations at internal sites or TPM locations.



Your work will focus on the pilot scale-up of lab prototypes, ensuring technical readiness to meet CPS timelines and appropriate escalation and mitigation of risks to protect the product launch. The role is based in the pilot plant and involves leading, developing and executing hands-on experimentation, delivering reliable, accurate and reproducible results. The successful applicant can use data and insights to guide the technical team towards actionable solutions to ensure robust innovation delivery, right first-time start-up and ongoing quality.
