Job Summary Rossignol Group is looking for a retail leader to work alongside the Store Manager to support all operations of the Rossignol store in Scalo Milano, Italy. The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience, in an effort to operate sales profitably. The Assistant Store Manager supports the overall management tasks of the store, staff, inventory and customer service. The Assistant Manager is willing to inspire their team and colleagues, has the ability to motivate people with a dynamic work approach, and is business oriented and result driven.



Responsibilities * Responsible for proper planning ensuring appropriate staffing levels, associate supervision, coaching, and providing clear direction on overall merchandising standards, stocking and customer service expectations. * Point of contact when Store Manager is not on-site. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. * Assess the effectiveness of the team, and provide the appropriate level of coaching performance feedback. * Conduct sales and inventory management. * Assist Store Manager with on-the-job training to new employees and operational tasks. * Has a passion for delivering exceptional service every day and inspires by example. * Create an inspiring shopping environment through effective merchandising capability, high in-store standards and compelling visual presentation. * Responsible for opening and closing procedures. * Ensure desired brand experience is being fostered in st
