Your Responsibilities * Lead and oversee the Customer Quality & Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic quality objectives * Design and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality * Systematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiative * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancements * Champion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) * Support root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions * Provide training, coaching,
