FRAG Srl is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to support construction activities for a science's research and development building.The candidate will coordinate, supervise and manage all electrical construction activities within the assigned project areas, ensuring compliance with project schedule, quality standards, HSE requirements, engineering specifications and construction priorities.Main Responsibilities:Support the field activities based on the knowledge of the project due to read electrical drawings, single line diagrams, layouts and technical documentationSupervising cable pulling, cable tray installation, terminations and equipment installationSupervising the installation of MV/LV switchboards, transformers, UPS systems, MCCs and industrial automation systemsCoordinating with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE,



Planning and Commissioning departments to check all the activities that in chargeSupervising testing and inspection activitiesIssuing and review daily and weekly progress reportsAppling the construction methodologies and IEC standardsManaging subcontractors, electricians, foremen and vendor specialistsRequirements:Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction in industrial sectors and infrastructure projectsMinimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or superintendent rolesExperience with industrial HSE procedures, PTW systems and LOTOProven experience in MV/LV systems, power distribution and industrial installationsExperience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsPreference strong experience in large industrial projects and fast-track construction environmentsGood English communication skills, Spanish is a plusLocation: ChileDuration: 12 monthsAvailability: asap
