Experteer Overview As a Quality Process Engineer, you will manage a complex manufacturing area to uphold high quality standards. You'll analyze data to spot trends and root causes, and you'll implement dashboards and KPIs to track performance. You will work with production, maintenance, and supervision to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements. You'll maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with industry norms. This role offers impact in shaping quality practices across a manufacturing team. and maintenance to address quality issues and smooth workflows * Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues * Support implementation of process improvement projects to elevate quality standards * Develop and maintain quality documentation ensuring compliance with standards Responsabilità * At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a complex environment * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field * Knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis) * Problem solving skills * Good knowledge of MS Office * Basics of Statistics * Strong collaboration skills across all organizational levels * Analytical ability to interpret data for decision making #J-18808-Ljbffr
