We are strengthening our Finance Team at our Cusago (Milano) location and are looking for a Senior Accountant - Import/Export Specialist (all genders). In this function you take over the international trade operations, including EU and non‐EU transactions, VAT regulations, and customs procedures. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across international accounting and trade processes while supporting business growth in a global environment.

Responsibilities * Manage all accounting activities related to import/export transactions * Ensure proper VAT treatment for Intra-EU transactions, Extra-EU transactions, Triangular and multi-party transactions * Record and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERP * Support and coordinate the monthly financial reporting process * Prepare and submit Intrastat declarations * Perform monthly VAT calculations and support quarterly and annual VAT returns * Ensure compliance with customs documentation and regulations * Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Administration * Monitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspective * Support commercial activities involving international clients Requirements * Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or alternatively 10 years of relevant professional experience * Strong knowledge of International VAT regulations, Customs procedures, Trade compliance * Pr
