Experteer Overview In this role you lead production teams within a wind energy context, driving safety, quality, and on‐time delivery. You bridge employees and senior management while translating strategy into actionable plans. You will tackle cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement to support Vestas' mission of sustainable power. This position offers cross‐functional collaboration across national and international stakeholders and opportunities for professional growth.
