Experteer Overview As CCM Data Provisioning Officer, you ensure rapid, fit-for-purpose CCM data provisioning to authorised users and maintain secure, reliable interfaces between CCM providers and ESA data access services. You will align with programmatic objectives, coordinate across CCM providers and ESA teams, and monitor performance against SLAs. This role sits at the heart of Copernicus data access, shaping how on‐demand and systematic data reach services and end users. You will work in a cross‐functional, international environment and contribute to ongoing operational improvements. Retribuzione / Benefits * Coordinate procurement and implementation of CCM data solutions in line with objectives * Define and maintain interfaces between CCM data providers and ESA data access services for both systematic and on‐demand provisioning * Foster effective operational coordination among CCM data providers and ESA data access services * Evaluate CCM providers against user needs and assess operational impacts on data access services and contracts * Monitor and report CCM Data Provisioning performance against SLAs, including data availability and quotas Responsabilità * Master in Engineering or Earth Science (preferred) with 5 years of relevant professional experience * Deep knowledge of EO programmes, especially Copernicus Space and Service Components * Experience with EO missions and sensors (optical, SAR, hyperspectral, etc) and EO data products * Proven track record in technical/operational management of EO data provisioning and API‐based interfaces * Good knowledge of ESA or industrial procurement processes, tendering, and contract execution * Ability to work autonomously in an international, interdisciplinary team * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills * Capacity to manage complex interfaces and time‐sensitive delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
